The company is involved in commercial and residential agency, relocations, feasibility studies, client-centric site and property acquisitions, valuations, project management and property management consultancy services. The company offers services in all aspects of site acquisition including site search, legal documentation and statutory approvals.

Meet the Lead Team

Faith Mwaura: is a Marketing and Business Management graduate from Daystar University and a lead expert in Environmental Impact Assessment and Audit. She is currently enrolled at the University of Liverpool for a Masters Degree in Project Management. She has a knack for doing business and has been a serial entrepreneur from an early age with an ease of transacting in business deals. She has been an astute businesswoman for the past 10 years and has gained valuable experience in running business efficiently and profitably. She heads the Residential department dealing with Property Acquisitions, Agency, listing of properties on the RE/MAX portal and marketing consultancy to ensure clients get maximum exposure for their properties. She is also in charge of staff recruitment and training to ensure developers get well trained highly performing agents. RE/ MAX Heritage also organizes Diaspora property and investment conferences around the world to expose the local properties and investments to Kenyans abroad using the global footprint and geographical presence of RE/MAX in 100 countries.

Susan Nyariara: Susan is a graduate of the University of Nairobi in Environmental science. She has experience in Environmental Impact Assessments, property acquisitions, value chain addition including liaising with various county administrative offices, NEMA and lands office to ensure that the administrative part of our reports, proposals studies and are excellently prepared.
She has been with the team since inception and is a valuable member. She also has wide experience is sales, client satisfaction and business management. She has previously worked with other Real Estate firms, NEMA, KCB and understands Real Estate transactions very well. She is a burst of energy, hardworking, very precise on paperwork and loves the field work. She is a good resource when it comes to creating strategic relationships with other industry players, service providers and also recruitment. On more than one occasion she is everyone’s go to person in the office.


Esther Njenga: Esther is a driven sales professional with 5 years of successful sales experience in startup and territory expansion markets. She epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work and creative service in every detail to be the best agent in the field. She understands her customers needs and building relationships that provide value. She has previously worked with UAP Insurance, Kenya power lighting and Bata in sales and marketing, she understands that sales is the driving force of a business. She supports clients by providing useful information, proper recommendations, research and guidance. She is good on following new opportunities, market research, market penetration and creating strategic partnerships with developers and property owners.
She is passionate about her work and always eager to connect with other professionals in the field while enjoying all aspects of the business. She is a very soulful person with and will almost always go out of her way to ensure that the work is done to perfection.


Preston Ndolo: Preston is a keen and highly driven agent with 6 years experience in property management, property audits and financial analysis. He is an accountant by profession and a CPA, his love for knowledge sees that he is regularly enrolled in school to equip himself with the latest information and strategies in his profession.
He has a good eye for figures and can quickly turn around a poorly performing property into a profitable one by sealing any financial leaks, maintaining proper books and keeping properties well managed. He keeps good rapport with service providers and the caretakers motivated in their work. His proposals are well prepared with the research thoroughly done. He understands the business objectives, is a good team player, and has a bag full of ideas to accomplish the desired results at the end of the day. He is an honest and trusted worker with a promise. He handles challenges well and has even gone out of his scope to conduct sales and lettings for the properties that he manages.


Naomi Kemboi: Naomi pays attention to detail to understand clients needs and will ensure that every one of them has had a taste of her first class service. She is flexible, easy going and a likeable character all good traits for seeking out and retaining clients. She is a graduate of mass communications but has worked in the Real Estate industry after getting the opportunity 5 years ago. She enjoys the satisfaction of good results and has grown to be a talented agent with an expertise in rentals and sales.
She is a hardworking, adaptable, resourceful and self-motivated agent who demonstrates admirable leadership abilities, interpersonal skills and with an unwavering devotion to her work. She is diligent and understands how an organization runs. She is also very good in networking and bringing new prospects into the business in form of shared work, partnerships and new agents.

  •  Monitor progress toward closing, when a contract is accepted.
  •  Immediately advise you of events that may threaten closing.
  • Monitor the buyers’ loan approval.
  •  Stay in contact with the buyer until handover
  • Be present at closing to ensure a successful conclusion
